1. Shipping Locations — Georgia Only

We currently ship exclusively within the State of Georgia, USA.

Crunch Empire accepts orders for delivery to eligible residential and business addresses within Georgia.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other U.S. states, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders with shipping addresses outside our supported service area cannot be fulfilled and may be canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated processing and delivery information will be provided when available.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the available delivery method, destination, and order details.

Customers can review applicable shipping charges before completing their purchase.

Any free-shipping offers or promotional rates will apply only when expressly advertised and when the order meets the stated conditions.

4. Delivery Times

Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When tracking information is available, customers may receive shipping confirmation and tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after a shipment has been prepared.

6. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers when applicable.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is necessary because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other delivery issues, please contact us.

We will review the circumstances and determine whether reshipment, a refund, or another resolution is appropriate under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

For food safety reasons, returned food products may not be eligible for resale or reshipment.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been compromised during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

For missing packages, please contact us so we can review tracking information and assist with an appropriate investigation.

We will review reported issues and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law.

9. Food Packaging & Storage

Crunch Empire snack mixes are packaged in resealable pouches.

To help maintain product quality:

• Store your snack mix in a cool, dry location.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.

• Reseal the pouch after opening.

• Be aware that chocolate candies may soften or melt during warm-weather transportation.

If your package arrives with a product quality or safety concern, please contact us before consuming it.

10. Local Delivery

Local delivery may be offered to selected Georgia addresses when available.

Eligibility, delivery charges, and any available delivery windows will be displayed during checkout.

Local delivery is not guaranteed for every Georgia address.

11. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be safely or legally fulfilled, including orders outside our supported shipping area.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
