Thank you for shopping with Crunch Empire. We take pride in preparing and packaging our signature snack mixes with care. Your satisfaction and product safety are important to us.

1. All Food Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of food products and food safety considerations, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of food items once they have been delivered.

We cannot accept returned food products for resale, whether opened or unopened.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or has a quality or packaging issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

Your order number.
A brief description of the problem.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

The 48-hour reporting period helps us investigate issues promptly. It does not eliminate any rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been packed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery problem, please contact us. We will review the circumstances and determine what assistance may be available.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an address error provided by the customer.

5. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, and payment provider. Funds may take several business days to appear in your account.

6. Georgia-Only Orders

Crunch Empire currently accepts orders for shipping and local delivery to eligible addresses within the state of Georgia, USA.

Orders with delivery addresses outside our supported service area may be canceled and refunded.
